The company's sole director is Miss Netshilindi Lufuno, a black, ambitious and driven young professional woman. She holds a BSC degree in Environmental & Engineering Geology, as well as honours in engineering geology. She is in the process of obtaining two certificates, one in Occupational safety and health and another in project management. The director holds 100% interest in the business.

The company is currently registered with the CIDB as 5 GB PE and 6 CE PE. Rafuni has been registered with the NHBRC since its inception and remains in good standing
