ERD Fab (Pty) Ltd is a BBBEE company specialising in the FABRICATION, REFURBISHMENT and REPAIR of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Economisers, Tanks, Silos, Pressurised Systems, Ducting and General Structural Steelwork, predominately for the chemical and petrochemical industries.
ERD Fab also renders a boiler-making and welding maintenance service in accordance with a unit rate contract to Sasol Chemical Industries, Sasol Midlands, Natrefand Sasol Technology.
Other services includes Non-Destructive Examinations and Localised Heat Treatment.
ERD Fab is an ISO 3834-2 Certified Company and the Quality System is ISO 9001 compliant. As a preferred supplier of services to Sasol, we are familiar with ASME, API, BS, EN and AD-Merkblatter codes as well as the Sasol engineering codes and specifications.
ERD Fab is a NOSA five star rated Company with an integrated team to execute erection contracts, site maintenance and turnkey projects. We have sufficient capacity to handle small to large projects.
