Minnies Food Enterprise was established in 1993 and is based in Durban, South Africa. Minnies specialises in the manufacture of Sauces, Condiments and Marinade & Bastings for the Retail and HORECA (HOtels | REstaurants | CAtering) Markets both in South Africa and for Export

Since 1993, Minnies has been the maestro of flavour, expertly crafting bespoke sauces, dips, condiments, dressings and marinades.
A more recent development (2024) has been the launch of our:
Minnies Gourmet Range of Mocktail and Milkshake syrups.
LamZar – Our new budget friendly range of sauces.
Butchers Blend – A range of spice blends geared for Burgers, Sausages and Marinades.
Launching in mid 2025 will be LaTasca Artisanal Creations – Touch | Pause | Engage
