E-coat provides more anti-corrosion protection than conventional priming processes and is a process of cathodic dip painting. It is suitable for steel, castings, forgings and aluminum components. This results in a component with a paint thickness between 15-25 microns that can withstand up to a 1000 hours of salt spray. The component can also be painted afterwards and will be oil and solvent resistant. With high quality E-coating such as ours, this will allow for longer warranty periods on your product.

We currently provide a service to a wide variety of clients and examples of their components are underbody components, steering knuckles, engine covers, springs, tow balls, treaded components, scaffolding, etc.

E-coating is suitable for many applications and we have capacity to run a 24hr day operation in our two plants. The conveyor plant is ideally suited for smaller, high volume components while the dunking plant is more appropriate for larger, heavier components.
