Instratin Group is a home-grown, niche, and innovative property development, investment, and asset management company. Our key focus areas lie primarily in delivering large-scale, affordable, high-quality student accommodation, social and affordable Open-Market Rental Units (OMRU), and other integrated property development solutions for low-to-medium income groups respectively.

Formed in 2013, our 100% Black-owned South African business is led by a group of industry professionals with extensive experience in investments, capital raising, deal structuring, and the built environment spaces. We provide full turnkey property development services ranging from but not limited to land acquisition, design, and development, capital-raising, construction management, project and facilities management, as well as post-construction property and asset management services.

Today we have grown to accommodate within our stable our subsidiaries: Habitat Property Management (HPM), Mutesal, and Instratin Construction Management.
